Getting started

Questions we hear.

Do we need to replace our ERP or PIM?

No. We start with the systems you have. The work may involve connecting them, extending your PIM, or building a separate workspace for a specific task.

What if sources disagree or information is missing?

We keep the source material attached and flag the question for review. If a value cannot be supported, it stays unresolved.

How would we judge a pilot?

Choose a task and agree on the acceptance criteria first. Compare how well people can complete the task, the effort involved, and the quality of the result.

Do we need to prepare a dataset?

No. Start with the task and the people who need to do it. Assessing the available data and systems can be part of the work.
